Campaign Goals

Rennie Group, a renowned real estate marketing company, looked to Daily Hive to market their client’s developments, and advisor services throughout the Greater Vancouver area.

The Execution

In 2017 Rennie Group partnered with Daily Hive to create custom content for a number of new developments. To profile these different developments Daily Hive focused on community content that would create excitement and build up anticipation ahead of the sales centre launches. Touching on key items that are top of mind for people living in the lower mainland, each campaign spoke about lifestyle and how the audience can envision themselves living in the development. In combination with the custom content articles, additional social posts, Instagram posts, display ads and homepage takeovers were created and circulated through Daily Hive’s channels to drive traffic to the development’s website and encourage the audience to register for more information. To profile Rennie’s Advisor Services, Daily Hive created individual custom content listings that would profile key aspects of each individual listing. Using catchy headlines and beautiful imagery each listing was shared on social channels for maximum exposure and engagement. Daily Hive also ran the display ad of the Advisor beside their listing and throughout the site to build their brand and further drive traffic to the listing agent’s site. To profile Rennie’s Advisor Services, Daily Hive created individual custom content listings that would profile the key aspects of each individual listing. Daily Hive also ran each Rennie Advisors display ad beside their listing and throughout the site to build their brand and further drive traffic to the listing agent’s site.
